Our offers of products are proposed within the limit of stocks available. Your entity must ensure: name, addresses and telephone number. Your entity is also responsible to check, at the time of the order, article by article, that the number, the color, the size, the price are well taken into account in your purchase order. When a product is not available any more, this one posts SOLD OUT and it is no longer possible for you to order it.
The products are delivered to the address of delivery you indicated during the process of order. Deliveries from purple.fr will be done via standard post. Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours. When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information. All the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of loss or of deterioration of the product during transport, the customer will have to inform the conveyor of it as fast as possible. The port will be done by standard post, and you will be able to follow your parcel through the tracking number provided. In the event of unusual delay, a mail will be addressed to you.
All the orders are expressed in United States Dollars, excluding New York States tax (8.875%). purple.fr accepts payment only through Paypal (www.paypal.com). We may ask further information about your identity in order to secure the payment.
purple.fr is committed to providing you products of high quality. If you are not satisfied with your order, purple.fr commits itself to exchange or refund you the products concerned. The expenses of sending and return will be payable by you. You have 7 days from the date of reception to return us the products. To receive a full refund, your item must still be in its factory sealed packaging, unopened or tampered with. Out of box or repackaged items may be returned but are subject to a 50 per cent restocking fee. Please inspect your items before signing the delivery receipt. If damage has been found, please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork. purple.fr will not warrant any damage claims that have not been noted at the point of delivery. You must contact inquire@purple.fr within 24 hours to report any damage.
All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item. The contents of purple.fr are as precise as possibly, however, no responsibility is assumed by purple.fr. purple.fr is not responsible for the leading and illustration of its contents. Perfume and cosmetic products are not exchangeable or refundable.
Products on sale may not be returned nor exchanged.
